LEADERSHIP STARTS EARLIER

Equipping teens to know themselves, understand others, and lead with purpose.

Tripoint Academy gives middle and high school students practical tools to build confidence, communicate well, navigate relationships, and make a meaningful impact—in school, in their communities, and beyond.

This is stronger than “developing the next generation” because it communicates your distinctive framework and the concrete outcomes students receive. It is positive, specific, and clearly centered on teens.

THE TRIPOINT FRAMEWORK

Three Foundations for a Brighter Tomorrow

01 Know Yourself

Build self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to make intentional choices.

02 Understand Others

Develop empathy, communication skills, and a broader perspective on the world.

03 Lead with Purpose

Turn insight into action and make a positive impact in your school and community.

Beyond Leadership

Beyond Leadership is Tripoint Academy's 20-session leadership and communication program for middle and high school students.

The experience begins with self-awareness and builds toward character, communication, resilience, teamwork, influence, negotiation, and purposeful leadership. Students do not simply listen to lessons about leadership. They work through relevant scenarios, discussion, reflection, practice, and real opportunities to act.

Each session is designed to help students answer three increasingly important questions:

- Who am I, and how am I wired?

- How can I understand and work with people who are different from me?

- What does it look like for me to lead well right now?

PROGRAM OPTIONS

Flexible Solutions for Real-World Impact

ONE FRAMEWORK TWO IMPLEMENTATIONS

Tripoint Academy is designed to support both faith-based and secular school communities without sacrificing the substance of learning.

Both implementations share the same foundation: relevant situations, honest discussion, practical tools, reflection, and repeated opportunities to practice.

Faith-Integrated

Leadership is connected to Christian identity, character, calling, Scripture, servant leadership, and the use of our strengths in service to others.

School-ready Secular

The same practical learning objectives are explored through values, ethical leadership, community responsibility, belonging, and service without religious instruction.
