Tripoint Academy gives middle and high school students practical tools to build confidence, communicate well, navigate relationships, and make a meaningful impact—in school, in their communities, and beyond.
This is stronger than “developing the next generation” because it communicates your distinctive framework and the concrete outcomes students receive. It is positive, specific, and clearly centered on teens.

Beyond Leadership
Beyond Leadership is Tripoint Academy's 20-session leadership and communication program for middle and high school students.
The experience begins with self-awareness and builds toward character, communication, resilience, teamwork, influence, negotiation, and purposeful leadership. Students do not simply listen to lessons about leadership. They work through relevant scenarios, discussion, reflection, practice, and real opportunities to act.
Each session is designed to help students answer three increasingly important questions:
- Who am I, and how am I wired?
- How can I understand and work with people who are different from me?
- What does it look like for me to lead well right now?

Flexible Solutions for Real-World Impact

Bring a short leadership series or the complete Beyond Leadership experience to your school. Louisville-area facilitation is available for advisory periods, enrichment blocks, leadership groups, and other school-day formats.

Offer a focused leadership experience outside the regular class schedule. Programs can be structured as a school-sponsored offering or a parent-paid club, depending on the needs of the school community.

Equip educators to facilitate Beyond Leadership with structured lesson plans, student materials, facilitator guidance, onboarding, and implementation support. Digital curriculum access is being developed for schools outside Kentucky.

Create a shared language among the adults in your school through Stronger Together, an interactive professional-development experience focused on communication styles and stronger working relationships.

Give students a practical introduction through a keynote, assembly, retreat session, or one-time workshop focused on topics such as self-awareness, communication, resilience, teamwork, or leading without a title.

Leadership is connected to Christian identity, character, calling, Scripture, servant leadership, and the use of our strengths in service to others.
School-ready Secular
The same practical learning objectives are explored through values, ethical leadership, community responsibility, belonging, and service without religious instruction.
